Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
Maggie is a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. She is new to the industry and is dedicated to learning the ropes. She is excited to grow a career in a promising field. Though she is more of a listener than a talker, she has been known to throw out some “zingers” and get people laughing.
She earned an associate in arts degree from Delta College and graduated summa cum laude from Ferris University with a Bachelor of Science: Early Childhood Education. Her background includes working in a financial aid office in college and then in education for five years, with three of those years as a lead teacher managing three staff members and sixteen students, as well as assisting their families. Working in these fields helped Maggie to cultivate customer service and clerical skills which she is using in her transition to the insurance industry. Through her previous roles she has gained experience helping customers to get what they need when they need it.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, shopping for books, and caring for her houseplant collection. She also spends her time traveling, kayaking, attending concerts, and going to the theater (and theatre) with her husband Diego. She loves spending time with her family, especially her sisters and nephew.
