Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
Lily is new to the insurance industry but brings 18 years of customer service experience in the retail and technology fields. She earned an associate’s degree in Security & Loss Prevention from Delta College and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University. Lily has a strong passion for doing what is right and what is best for the customer. She takes the time to understand each person’s situation and strives to make their experience as easy and positive as possible.
Lily grew up in Midland and moved to Florida after college, where she met her husband. They’re now happily living in Tawas with their two boys. In her downtime, Lily loves to read, craft, and explore the beautiful state of Michigan with her husband and kids.
