Receptionist & Personal Lines CSR
Jerri is our Receptionist & Personal Lines CSR. Though new to the insurance industry, she brings more than 30 years of experience in customer service. Her additional background in office and accounting settings has given her a strong attention to detail. Putting customers first is her top priority, and her ability to multitask and verify information helps her process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Outside of work, Jerri enjoys spending time with her mother and her best friend, Ilene, cooking BBQ and feeding the neighborhood, buying yard sale leftovers and giving to people in need, and baking at Christmas time. And we can’t forget—snuggling with her puppies!
