Shannon Loeffler is a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative with nearly four years of experience in the insurance industry. Known for her strong organizational skills and personable approach, she is committed to providing knowledgeable support and building lasting relationships with clients.
A proud Tawas native, Shannon holds an administrative assistant associate’s degree from Davenport University. Before transitioning into insurance, Shannon dedicated 30 years as a high school secretary, where she developed a reputation for efficiency, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. Her background brings a unique blend of experience, professionalism, and a friendly, approachable style to her role.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, Rod, their two sons and daughter-in-law, and their two dogs. She is especially excited to welcome her first grandson this summer. In her free time, she loves to travel, golf, and relax on the water boating with family and friends.
