Personal Lines Account Manager
Emily is an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team at Elliott Insurance Group, where she has been a valued team member since 2018. She began her career with the agency after responding to a local newspaper ad for a receptionist position and quickly discovered a passion for the insurance industry. Shortly after joining, Emily obtained her Property & Casualty license, followed by her Life & Health license a few years later. While she is licensed in both areas, her primary focus remains on Property & Casualty insurance. In 2022, she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and in-depth industry knowledge.
In her role, Emily specializes in servicing client accounts and writing new policies, with a focus on home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicle, and watercraft coverage. She takes pride in delivering excellent service and is always willing to step in wherever she is needed to support her team and clients. Outside of the office, Emily is an avid reader, but don’t ask her about what book she is currently reading, it would probably be embarrassing for everyone. She loves playing video games, but some would call it a small obsession, and spending quality time with her friends & family. She also is a proud dog mom to her Australian Shepard, Mylo, who is her son and entire personality.
