Jennifer Ladley, Agency Owner and Commercial & Benefits Agent, is dedicated to helping businesses protect what they’ve worked hard to build. A fourth-generation insurance professional, she joined Tawas Bay Insurance Agency in 2014, bringing with her 10 years of experience in commercial banking. This background gives her a strong financial perspective and allows her to offer practical, well-rounded guidance when it comes to risk management and coverage decisions. Jennifer holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Authority on Workers’ Compensation (CAWC) designations and is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
Jennifer partners closely with business owners to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions that support long-term success. Known for her responsive service and trusted advice, she focuses on making the insurance process clear, efficient, and valuable for her clients. She graduated from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Jennifer lives in East Tawas with her husband, Ryan, and their children, Vivian and Jacob. She stays active in her community and enjoys reading, gardening, golfing, coaching her kids’ soccer teams, and spending time with family and friends.
